We're looking for a Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Client Account Manager to lead procurement excellence across our EMEA Integrated Facilities Management accounts. In this pivotal role, you'll drive strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and deliver measurable value for our clients while representing JLL at senior stakeholder forums. You'll own the full procurement lifecycle—from strategy development and competitive tendering to contract negotiation and savings delivery. What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement activities across all IFM service lines, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Represent JLL at client meetings and governance forums, driving procurement strategy discussions and ensuring seamless communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and lead delivery of savings targets, tracking and reporting performance through procurement platforms (Jaggaer) to demonstrate measurable value.
  • Own RFP management, bid analysis, and supplier recommendations while ensuring compliance with risk management protocols and client governance standards.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors, Regional/Site Facilities Managers, and Operations Teams to scope services and manage account resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain supplier frameworks in partnership with Category Management Teams, monitoring performance against KPIs and contractual obligations.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting (monthly/quarterly) on strategic sourcing activity, savings delivery, supplier performance, and contract management to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Champion sustainability and diversity & inclusion initiatives on your accounts, working with JLL's Sustainability lead to embed responsible procurement practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement within Integrated Facilities Management or similar complex service environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in contract negotiation, savings delivery, and stakeholder management at senior levels.
  • Deep knowledge of procurement best practices, compliance frameworks, risk management, and supplier qualification processes.
  • Proficiency with procurement platforms (Jaggaer/Bravo preferred) and ability to leverage technology for process optimization and reporting.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability—comfortable managing both high-level planning and detailed implementation.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling business cases.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability, and innovation with a proactive approach to identifying partnership growth opportunities.
