This role is a 6 month FTC Role.
Purpose: Integral UK is seeking a dedicated and proactive Compliance Advisor to join our team. The Compliance Advisor will assist in overseeing and maintaining a safe and compliant working environment across various sites within the REM portfolio. The successful candidate will be from a statutory compliance background with industry experience to support the requirements of the role. They will have strong knowledge of compliance standards, industry best practices, and building safety requirements. The candidate is required to have excellent communication skills and the ability to monitor compliance management systems.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards within the building services industry.
