Job TitleCEC Advisor – JLL Workplace Management
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Execute end‐to‐end work order management, coordinating all planned and reactive services within remit, and detailed planning of work with Integral Engineering and our supply chain.
Accurately record all information needed to resolve service requests, incidents and complaints, including classification for trend analysis.
Monitor, act on, and, when appropriate, escalated work orders and incidents to meet agreed service levels and keep customers informed of status.
Procure services from external supply partners, including purchase order creation and delivery management.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the core Maximo application, mobile and scheduling systems, and all related FM services and procedures.
Identify and apply opportunities to develop and improve skills, seek assistance to acquire new skills, and maintain a record of personal development.
Stay current with contract changes, share information with the team and wider stakeholders.
Handle and actively resolve any customer issues according to the Customer Complaint process.
Be prepared to work on any CEC contracts, projects and initiatives at short notice to support changing business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in a work order, scheduling or mobile resource planning environment; facility management experience a plus.
Experience coordinating service delivery in a mobile field force environment, including parts management and subcontract service delivery.
Experience in a customer service environment driven by SLAs, performance measurement, and personal work targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to remain calm in a high‐paced environment.
