Overview

Business Development & Client Relationship Management Responsibilities:

  • Proactively originate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships with data centre providers and corporate occupiers.
  • Set face-to-face meetings with business leaders and decision-makers, including 'C' level executives within target marketplace.
  • Identify and nurture existing key corporate relationships while building new relations with data centre providers.
  • Develop, maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipeline.
  • Deliver high-quality client presentations that clearly articulate the JLL value proposition.
  • Deliver customer presentations that are top-notch and demonstrate deep understanding of client needs.
  • Apply consultative and solution-led sales approaches across the full account lifecycle.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent engagement, service quality, governance and timely delivery.
  • Execute end-to-end data centre transactions including option sourcing, financial analysis, client presentations, site inspections, pricing inputs, negotiations, legal coordination and deal closure.
  • Maintain comprehensive market coverage and propose well-aligned solutions to client requirements.
  • Develop strong working knowledge of advisory and transaction processes.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the JLL Advisory Service process.
  • Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline while achieving revenue targets.
  • Proactively lead and engage in business development activities to win new business for data centre services at the regional level.
  • Execute sourcing, executing and closing deals effectively.

Experience & Background:

  • 2 - 3 years proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience or formal understanding of Data Centre transactions or related real estate services.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate offerings and design client-focused solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
