Based in our Manchester or Birmingham office, the Data Coordinator will work closely with the Industrial & Logistics business and Research teams to monitor the UK I&L leasing market, identifying, capturing and updating information on available space and transactions.
Responsibilities- Manage all 3rd party available space and transaction records to ensure we are maintaining an accurate reflection of the market across multiple channels.
- Oversight and input on JLL records to ensure our own data is maintained to the highest possible standards.
- Run regular calls with our agents to ensure the latest market intel is reflected in our data, as well as going through data requirements in preparation for preparing research reports.
- SME in the use and capabilities of our suite of custom-built and third-party client engagement and data collection tooling.
- Build relationships with other real estate agencies to obtain information and source the available content for listings records.
- Quality assurance tasks including review of all relevant transaction information and context to ensure data collection standards are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with each of our teams (including but not limited to agents, research, offshore support and market data management) in the production of analysis and insight related outputs.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with stakeholders across all business levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated; able to work independently and effectively plan and manage workload.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team with varied interests.
- Detail orientated, with a keen eye for spotting any data inaccuracies.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Market Research, sourcing, and curating information from various sources to produce actionable market insights.
- Experience coordinating between multiple business areas manage the collection, delivery, and publication of content.
- Experience in data analysis or business analytics beneficial but not essential.
- Real Estate experience beneficial but not essential.
