JLL is seeking a Junior Estimator to join the Facilities Management projects team supporting Liverpool University’s estate.
You will assist with cost estimates for fabric, mechanical and electrical works, and support tendering activities.
You will work with senior estimators, review drawings, prepare take-offs, manage CAFM data, and help compile progress reports, valuations, and procurement documentation.
