Graphic Design Graduate, Tetris – London (September 2026 Start Date) at JLL.
This graduate programme provides first-hand experience while helping you build your creative portfolio and professional design qualifications. You will join a 2-year trainee programme focused on developing expertise in visual communications and presentation design within the commercial interior design and office fit-out sector. Applicants from any degree discipline are welcome; a background in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is preferred. The programme aims to train you to become a qualified and well-rounded creative professional specialising in work-winning design solutions.
What you’ll do
You will be involved in real work-winning activities from day one to help the interior design team secure new business and achieve ambitious targets. The work varies, but responsibilities include:
- Pitch & Proposal Development: design compelling pitch presentations and tender submissions; create visually striking proposal documents; develop case study presentations; design competition entries and award submissions
- Project Visualization & Marketing: create marketing materials for completed fit-out projects; design digital portfolios and presentation materials; develop mood boards, concept visuals, and design intent graphics; create branded templates and presentation frameworks
- Client-Facing Design Support: design materials for client meetings; create visual aids to explain space planning concepts, design processes, and timelines; develop branded proposal covers and document layouts; design digital presentations for virtual client meetings
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: work with interior designers, project managers, and business development to understand requirements and win themes; participate in pitch preparation; build relationships with external partners; attend project site visits
- Process Improvement & Innovation: develop efficient workflows for rapid turnaround of pitch materials; maintain libraries of reusable design assets; explore new design tools and technologies; participate in regular training on presentation design and business development support

Required Skills and Experience
- GCSEs – C/4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Degree – Any degree type; background in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is preferred
- Curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Passionate, eager to contribute ideas and challenge yourself
- Interest in the property industry and its future
- Ability to connect with others and build relationships
Right to Work in the UK
- Permanent right to work in the UK with no time restrictions; visa sponsorship is not available, including Graduate Visas beyond the programme
Location: London
Estimated compensation for this position is: £32,000. The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on education, experience, skills, abilities, location, and market data.
