About The Role
You will act as a strategic business partner to the Real Estate Management Services Global Operations team, working closely with AMR, EMEA and APAC peers to provide financial and strategic support. The role is critical to the success of client relationships through driving informed decisions based on spend plans, client priorities, market conditions and strategic business plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic financial partner to the Global and Regional Operational Leadership teams.
- Lead monthly close activities, quarterly and annual budget/forecast activities, and comprehensive financial reporting for global operations.
- Develop and manage global P&Ls, calculate global cost of delivery, and identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
- Drive governance, compliance, and audit controls, ensuring alignment with contract terms and MSA requirements.
- Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
- Provide insight, risk analysis, and action plans to senior leadership through financial reviews and dashboards.
Leadership & Team
Provide clear direction, set measurable objectives, and motivate a worldwide finance team. Promote a culture of collaboration and best‑practice sharing across JLL accounts.
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant with 12‑15 years of experience leading finance teams (preferably global).
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, E1/PeopleSoft/PAX (advantageous).
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month‑end accounting.
- Excellent client‑partnering, stakeholder management, and team‑leadership skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities (English required; local language a plus).
