JLL is seeking a Food Services Manager for our Integrated Facility Manager business line. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery of food services across multiple regions and sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Relationship Management: The Food Services Manager oversees critical vendor partnerships for employee catering services including employee dining facilities, barista coffee shops, vendor pop-ups, and hospitality services. Additionally, you'll manage ancillary service providers such as coffee machine services, vending operations, complimentary item vendors (fruit, milk, etc.), and various support services like deep cleaning.
  • Operational Excellence: Working alongside onsite delivery teams, you'll ensure full EHS compliance, consistent service delivery across the portfolio, smooth mobilization of new sites, and strict adherence to IFM and client contracts. The role requires managing vendor performance through measurable KPIs and SLAs while maintaining robust reporting and budget management processes.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with Facilities Managers, Assistant Facilities Managers, Soft/Hard Services Managers, and the EMEA Program Team. Build client relationships and support RFP processes related to food services operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Create and maintain SOPs and SOWs for the catering division, conduct quarterly audits across all catering areas, and ensure consistency of GREF-mandated hospitality services including tea point provisions and meeting room standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Ideally 6+ years in food or hospitality roles within large commercial organizations. Proven facilities contract ownership and supplier/contractor management. Working knowledge of quality, environmental, and EHS management systems (essential).
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong vendor/contract management capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication. High IT literacy. Collaborative team orientation. Customer satisfaction focus. Continuous improvement mindset. Practical soft services knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Quality, EHS, and environmental accreditations.
  • HCIMA Membership.
  • Facilities Management industry qualifications.
