JLL is seeking an Asset Experience Associate to join the Royal London Property Delivery team. You will be the primary client relationship owner while overseeing day-to-day property operations, customer relations and team leadership across complex portfolios.
Role is predominantly site-based with emphasis on occupier visibility, service delivery, and proactive customer experience improvements, reporting to the RLAM CX Strategy Director and partnering with asset management teams.
