Manage the contract performance of self-delivered (subcontracted service desk JLL) and subcontracted works (GPA appointed suppliers and their system performance) while supporting category SRM's. You will support the production, collation and dissemination of management system performance data relating to the delivery of FM services to a public sector client working closely with the Business Insight team. Drive performance of supply chain through regular interaction on data performance providing Account Director key insights into supplier barriers to KPI achievement. Main point of contact for performance, training (system related) for GPA wider supply chain during mobilisation of towers. This role is a member of the management team for a prestigious public sector contract.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional services to our high-profile client
  • Manage supply chain partner (service desk) to ensure continual contract performance
  • Provide key industry insights to clients on performance matters relating to the supply chain tower performance
  • Work closely with the GPA client on improvements and refinement of the Planon System becoming integrated into their decision making and team
  • Be the key link between GPA solution team and the wider JLL (BI/Data and JLLT) for innovation and tech investment
  • Provide and articulate reports/data in a way that workplace can quickly identify where action is required
  • Analyze report outputs and interpret data to identify trends and anomalies
  • Provide a professional performance & systems capability to support GPA's operational delivery
  • Own the supplier onboarding/mobilisation of GPA suppliers in relation to data and management flow through rigorous information management
  • Conduct monitoring, management and control of performance outputs of the service
  • Undertake regular detailed analysis of service desk supplier and the GPA supplier
  • Support the account by presenting report data at monthly operational management meetings, understanding the source data and the issues affecting any anomalies
  • Provide direct support for Senior Managers in the production of monthly performance reports
  • Be the link between JLL data, tech and sustainability and the GPA in terms of report and data requests as well as improvements/innovation
  • Play an active role in helping the contract meet its service targets
  • Assist in the development of an innovative and customer-focused approach to continuous service development and improvement that responds to the needs and aspirations of the client and customers
  • Support change management through greater efficiency in the business

Qualifications

  • Good numeric, mathematical and statistical skills
  • Excellent IT analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Business Management Systems background in an FM environment
  • Senior practitioner of FM service delivery, across the entire TFM spectrum
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to influence at all levels
  • Demonstrable CAFM knowledge, system driven and a love for data
  • Ability to obtain Security clearance to SC level is required (role dependent on successful achievement of SC)
