Key Responsibilities:

  • RICS APC Programme Leadership: Lead the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence programme, orchestrate submission cycles, manage training provider relationships, and collaborate with APC Success.
  • Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) Administration: Maintain accurate records and build strong working relationships with funding agencies.
  • Apprenticeship Transfer Facilitation: Coordinate with previous employers and training providers to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.
  • Training Provider Sourcing & Management: Research and onboard external training providers who meet JLL's standards.
  • Seamless Onboarding Delivery: Own the onboarding experience for new Early Careers joiners.
  • Induction Programme Support: Support induction events and coordinate logistics.
  • Commercial Scheme Rotation Coordination: Manage the rotation process for Commercial scheme trainees.
  • Early Careers Community Building: Foster connection across the Early Careers network.
  • Summer Internship Programme: Support coordination and delivery activities for interns.
  • Trainee Development & Support: Provide guidance and support to trainees throughout their journey.
  • Learning & Development Programme Coordination: Track applications and manage onboarding logistics for L&D initiatives.
  • Employee Relations & Escalation Management: Partner with HR to handle sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Newly Qualified (NQ) Promotions Process: Run the promotions process for newly qualified professionals.

Essential Experience:

  • Programme coordination: Proven track record managing multiple concurrent programmes.
  • Systems administration: Confident navigating digital platforms.
  • Stakeholder management: Ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Administrative excellence: Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving: Natural troubleshooter.

  • Knowledge of professional qualifications or real estate sector.
