JLL is seeking a highly skilled brand professional to join our Global Brand Team. Working as part of the Brand Experience and Engagement team, you will be responsible for driving global brand value across our internal and employer brand building coherence, consistency, and distinctiveness across all touchpoints. This role requires partnering strategically with talent acquisition, HR, marketing and communications teams to bring our employer brand proposition to life, positioning JLL as a market leader and best-in-class employer of choice for our people and candidates worldwide.
You will project and enhance JLL's reputation as an employer of choice through authentic employee storytelling, internal brand advocacy, and strategic employer brand positioning that attracts and retains top talent. You will drive coherence across the organisation from employee experiences to talent acquisition, creating a unified employer brand narrative that connects to our employees and talent communities. Main Responsibilities:- Employer Brand Integration and Value Proposition
- Integrate employer brand strategy with corporate brand initiatives to create seamless brand experiences for colleagues and candidates.
- Partner with HR and talent teams to ensure our employer brand authentically reflects where we need to be.
- Evolve employer brand strategies to support attracting top talent in competitive markets.
- Ensure brand coherence across all employee touchpoints, from recruitment through career development and alumni engagement.
- Drive employer brand awareness and preference among current employees and prospective candidates.
- Internal Brand Engagement and Advocacy
- Drive global brand value through our colleagues by developing comprehensive employee brand advocacy strategies that empower our workforce to authentically represent JLL's distinctive market position.
- Create employee-driven brand experiences that support our master brand differentiators and build understanding internally.
- Content Strategy and Agency Management
- Develop content strategies and storytelling frameworks that reinforce employer brand distinctiveness across internal communications and external talent channels.
- Enable coherent content creation that maintains brand consistency while allowing for local market and business line relevance.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies and internal teams to ensure brand work drives both business results and engagement.
- Partnerships and Innovation
- Drive innovation in employer brand delivery across the business while maintaining coherence with established brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with brand and strategic objectives.
- Identify emerging opportunities to strengthen employer brand through innovative partnerships and platforms.
- Leadership and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in employer brand, talent marketing, or internal communications, with demonstrated success in global or multi-market environments.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing employer brand strategies that drive measurable talent attraction and employee engagement outcomes.
- Experience leading employee advocacy programs and internal brand engagement initiatives in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Strategic and Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of employer brand strategy, employee value proposition development, and talent market positioning.
- Demonstrated ability to create authentic employee storytelling frameworks that drive both internal engagement and external talent attraction.
- Experience with talent acquisition marketing, candidate journey optimisation, and employee experience design.
- Proficiency in employer brand platforms (LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Glassdoor, employee advocacy tools), analytics tools, and content creation software.
- Knowledge of HR technology stack integration and employee communication platforms.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders across HR, talent acquisition, and business functions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver results for both employee engagement and talent attraction objectives.
