JLL is seeking a Building Ambassador to be the primary contact for visitors and tenants across our Derby sites. You will welcome guests, handle inquiries, coordinate meeting spaces, and support events while maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
You'll build strong relationships with internal and external customers, handle issue resolution, assist with reception during busy periods, and ensure safety, cleanliness and smooth daily operations across the Derby contract.
