What this job involves:

  • The Account Sourcing Manager will support the Account Sourcing Lead in the delivery of the sourcing strategy at our client/s within the EMEA region.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Support with the execution of the sourcing strategy set by the Client Account Sourcing Lead
  • Supporting with the development and implementation of initiatives relating to compliance, savings, consolidation, sustainability and innovation
  • Ensure all JLL sourcing and contracting standards are maintained
  • Support with the managing, maintaining and growing both supplier and internal stakeholder relationships
  • Undertaking RfX's and associated process and evaluation
  • Undertake e-auction/ electronic RFP through Bravo (Jaggaer) system
  • Risk Management. Identify and take steps to reduce business risk through the execution of effective sourcing strategies
  • Support JLL regional sourcing programs, as requested by the Client Account Sourcing Management. Give input, feedback, assist with the execution on the account
  • Responsible for the administration of the Strategic Sourcing Audit program to ensure compliance with JLL contracting best practices and standards
  • Provide KPI monitoring through JLL systems regionally (supplier performance)
  • Savings delivery for assigned projects and respective reporting (Hard savings / cost avoidance / value adds)
  • Flow to work (additional purchasing projects) depending on the business need

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working as a Buyer or Procurement / Sourcing Specialist within FM, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Estate Management etc
  • Fluent in English - other languages (Polish/French/German) would be a benefit
  • Experience in Procurement/ e-auctions and sourcing contracted services
  • Strong analytical ability required
  • Excellent numerical and commercial acumen
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Good Follow-through of actions - Take responsibility for completion of tasks
  • Customer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problems
  • Excellent inter-personal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent PC skills, proficient in Office tools, especially Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel
