Join JLL's Integral Cooling Technology Business Unit in the Midlands and UK (Northampton). The role will involve traveling nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Spare Parts control, support current and new customers
- Night blind fitting, evaporator fitting (both manufacturers and bespoke)
- Full store removal, case moves, case refurbishment
- LED light works, end wall supply and fitting
- Trim heaters, fans replacements, bumper replenishment, door handles, temporary cabinets, door seals, glazes, light diffusers and clips
- Manufacture and fitting of bespoke replacement panels and parts
- Waste management, cabinet hire support, energy works, cabinet installation per program of works
Compliance
- Adhere to company and legislative policies
- Report non-conformances and ensure corrective actions
- Conduct site‑specific risk assessments and ensure safety procedures
- Report near misses and accidents to QSHE Coordinator
- Ensure PPE, PAT testing, van inspection, equipment calibration, and proper documentation
- Maintain Integral standard risk assessments, task procedures, pressure test certificates, and regulatory compliance
- Apply refrigeration industry codes, environmental policies, and group H&S procedures
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- In‑depth understanding of end‑to‑end associated activities
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver zero defects
- Proactive, energetic, assertive, creative, and able to work independently
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and organizational capabilities
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, multiple projects, and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- CSCS card an advantage (training provided if necessary)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working with a wide variety of customers
- Customer‑focused mindset, adaptability, national travel willingness, IT literacy
- Support company’s goal of achieving engineering excellence
