As a key member of the London team, you will provide essential support across a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Team & Administrative Support: Providing proactive assistance to a high-volume, London-based team, helping with the preparation of schedules, reports and presentations, as well as assistance with property launches.
- Market Research Assistance: Assisting the team with market research, tracking property data, and helping to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Data Management: Maintaining our internal databases with accurate and up-to-date information on available properties, deal activity, and client information.
- Coordination: Helping to organise property inspections, client viewings, and team meetings.
- Property Access: Enabling access to properties for inspections, viewings, and contractor appointments.
- Enquiry Management: Assisting with applicant enquiries by phone and email, and accurately logging all information on our internal systems.
Qualifications
- This is an entry-level role where a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are more important than previous experience. No prior experience is necessary; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- An interest in commercial real estate, particularly Industrial & Logistics is preferred, but not required.
- A strong work ethic and high motivation.
- A proactive, resilient, and self-motivated approach.
- A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for learning.
- The ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and effective multi-tasking capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy, especially in repetitive tasks.
- A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage your time effectively.
- A clean UK driving license.
