The Senior MAC Project Manager provides regional operational leadership for 2 designated areas, with direct responsibility for people management, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and performance tracking and reporting.
Working in close partnership with key stakeholders across the organization, the role drives team performance, develops talent, and ensures alignment with business objectives.
In parallel, the position combines end-to-end project management, data management, and auditing across the MAC service line, ensuring accurate employee location data, timely floor plan updates, and delivery of concurrent projects ranging from small team moves to full building restacks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The Senior MAC Project Manager reports to the MAC Lead within the Occupancy Planning and MAC organization.
We are looking for a Senior Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) Project Manager for our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) business line embedded within our Amazon dedicated account team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, and performance evaluation for MAC specialists with the MAC lead.
- Provide oversight and leadership on MAC operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Ensure employee location data accuracy on Space & Occupancy platform, per KPIs.
- Manage relationships with move vendors, ensuring effective coordination with MAC PM and timely implementation of vendor deliverables, maintaining quality control and adherence to internal policies and processes.
- Plan and coordinate move projects when no MAC PM is available of varying scope and complexity.
- Develop and execute tailored communication strategies for each project.
- Plan and allocate resources in coordination with vendors and local facility management teams.
- Manage locker asset inventories - capacity, assignments, and clear-outs during moves.
- Coordinate move vendor deliveries and resolve issues in real time to ensure a flawless Day 1 experience.
- Manage vendor relationships and project budgets, including quotes, invoice reviews, and spend tracking.
- Distribute post-move surveys, document lessons learned, and close project records within defined timelines.
- Perform timely floor plan audits and updates.
- Handle MAC trouble tickets promptly per SLAs.
- Management
- Mentor and coach MAC Project Managers to enhance their skills, capabilities, and career development.
- Provide training and development for MAC Project Managers while overseeing new joiner development plans.
- Collaborating with MAC lead to conduct year-end performance evaluations and contribute to individual performance assessments.
- Collaborating with MAC Lead to Manage escalations and resolve operational issues.
- Manage customer engagement with the client.
- Process Optimization
- Continuously evaluate and streamline processes and procedures.
- Work with MAC lead to Identify opportunities for enhancement for MAC operations.
- Work with MAC lead to Implement strategies and best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners for smooth project delivery, including:
- EMEA MAC Lead and MAC Project managers team.
- Occupancy Planning - seating strategy, neighborhood assignments, space allocation.
- Business unit representatives.
- Local Facility Management teams - move support, floor plans, locker management.
- IT Services - device provisioning, network readiness, workstation and AV/VC setup.
- Corporate Security - building access, badges, restricted spaces.
- HR/People teams - employee location updates.
- Space Data Management - data management support and troubleshooting.
- Operational Readiness _ Projects tied to launch, renovation or expansions.
- Design & Construction - moves tied to launches or expansions.
- Move vendors - physical logistics before and during moves.

Qualifications
- Advanced project management skills, including managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines, using tools such as Asana or Smartsheet.
- Proven experience delivering corporate office moves and building restacks end to end and experience with CAFM / IWMS platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset - data-driven decision-making, dashboards and metrics-based reporting.
- Structured approach to risk identification, mitigation, and documentation.
- Vendor management: scoping, quoting, delivery oversight.
- Proficiency with AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and reporting.
- Travel availability - Central Europe+.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; advanced English fluency.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Background in corporate real estate, integrated facility management, or workplace services.
- Data management or auditing experience at scale (employee records, floor plan validation).
- Financial awareness - budget tracking, spend monitoring, and variance flagging.
