We're looking for a qualified Mobile Gas Engineer to join our reactive maintenance team across London. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality gas maintenance, repair, and installation services across a diverse commercial property portfolio, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests for gas heating systems, boilers, and appliances across multiple client sites.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on gas equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and statutory requirements.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently to minimize client downtime.
- Install, commission, and service commercial gas heating systems and appliances.
- Conduct gas safety checks and maintain accurate records of all work completed.
- Ensure all work complies with Gas Safety Regulations and relevant industry standards.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment to a high standard.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent JLL professionally at all times.
- Complete job sheets, risk assessments, and method statements accurately and promptly.
- Participate in an on-call rota as required.
Qualifications
- Gas Safe registered with relevant commercial qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A minimum).
- Proven experience in commercial gas engineering.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation.
- Proficient in using mobile technology for job management.
Desirable
- Additional Gas Safe qualifications (CDGA1, CIGA1, TCPCP1).
- Experience working across commercial office, retail, or mixed-use properties.
- Electrical qualifications (18th Edition).
- PASMA or IPAF certification.
