Corrigo is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Services team. This candidate, reporting to the Deployment Manager, will be responsible for utilizing their analytical skills throughout various phases of projects, including business requirement & process analysis, development of configuration and execution plan, configuration, testing, and implementation. The candidate will work to solve identified client/system issues, develop test cases and/or test strategies, and maintain and create business requirements for multiple projects. The Business Analyst will help perform an array of tasks required as requested by the Services Group. This position requires a technology‑savvy individual who has experience in working with SaaS clients and in driving company strategies. They will work directly with our clients and help to ensure continuous success. The individual will work collaboratively with the Deployment, Customer Success, Integrations and other teams as needed to ensure the client business requirements and objectives are at the forefront of all interactions.

Essential Functions

  • Eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements for improving, replacing or creating new processes and systems, working with various stakeholders to define and manage the scope and requirements of business requests.
  • Designing end‑to‑end, scalable business processes including controls and metrics to measure and manage process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with and supporting technical staff in enhancing or developing new solutions.
  • Preparing and executing test strategies, plans and matrices for new systems, processes or enhancements.
  • Preparing and executing training of business users regarding new systems, processes or enhancements.
  • Providing support to business users and systems management in addressing complex business issues, documenting business cases, assessing risks, presenting recommendations to business users and management, and implementing solutions.
  • Supporting participation in testing to ensure accuracy, completeness and validity of exchanged data.
  • Monitoring projects to ensure client application solutions meet business and functional requirements.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting key consumer information in support of client‑specific business objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Defining, implementing and maintaining best practices for enhancing data quality, consistency, usability, security and availability.
  • Managing and identifying change requests and analyzing impact of changes to the project for delivery.
  • Preparing and presenting consumer insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leveraging past learning and category/business knowledge in support of client business decision‑making.
  • Identifying and communicating opportunities for additional services, product usage, or integrations.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

  • Must have experience conducting business needs analysis sessions, workflow assessments, and creating business and functional requirements documents.
  • Must have prior experience or knowledge of use case development.
  • Proficient in MS Project Plan, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel.
  • Must have prior experience in an external customer/client‑facing environment.
  • Team‑oriented, very responsible, self‑motivated, and focused on exceeding client expectations.

  • Strong strategic analytical skills with an ability to carry through with delivering on implementation of the strategies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all relevant stakeholders: from new client prospects to existing clients, internal managed staff, the internal Executive team and major shareholders.
  • Ability to provide accurate analysis and assessment, while maintaining a sense of urgency to meet the needs of business changes.
  • Knowledge of analysis techniques and tools including soliciting and documenting business and system processes.
  • Must have proven ability to understand a complex technical environment.
  • Experience conducting business assessments and analysis, and interpreting the results into custom multifaceted enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, continually‑changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge and ability to understand and negotiate complex risk.
  • Ability to work across departments internally to solve any client issues that arise.

Working Environment

  • Position includes some domestic travel.
  • Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office setting.

Minimum Required Education

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science).
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant software experience.
  • Experience working with Corrigo/Maximo/CMMS systems is a PLUS.
