The Role
- Drive Strategic Growth
- Develop and own a comprehensive growth strategy.

- Be accountable for P&L profitability and growth.
- Own Client Relationships
- Manage key accounts with funds, developers, and major occupiers as trusted C-suite advisor.
- Position JLL as the premier PM consultancy through proactive relationship management.
- Actively network, build and develop client relationships.
- Lead Project Delivery
- Direct major new build and refurbishment projects (£2m–£150m+).
- Manage design teams, statutory approvals, contracts, budgets, programmes, and risk.
