Based in our Manchester or Birmingham office, the Data Coordinator will work closely with the Industrial & Logistics business and Research teams to monitor the UK I&L leasing market, identifying, capturing and updating information on available space and transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all 3rd party available space and transaction records to ensure we are maintaining an accurate reflection of the market across multiple channels.
  • Oversight and input on JLL records to ensure our own data is maintained to the highest possible standards.
  • Run regular calls with our agents to ensure the latest market intel is reflected in our data, as well as going through data requirements in preparation for preparing research reports.
  • SME in the use and capabilities of our suite of custom-built and third-party client engagement and data collection tooling.
  • Build relationships with other real estate agencies and landlords to obtain information and source the available content for listings records.
  • Quality assurance tasks including review of all relevant transaction information and context to ensure data collection standards are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with each of our teams (including but not limited to agents, research, offshore support and market data management) in the production of analysis and insight related outputs.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with stakeholders across all business levels.
  • Proactive and self-motivated; able to work independently and effectively plan and manage workload.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team with varied interests.
  • Detail orientated, with a keen eye for spotting any data inaccuracies.

Experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Market Research, sourcing, and curating information from various sources to produce actionable market insights.
  • Experience coordinating between multiple business areas to manage the collection, delivery, and publication of content.
  • Experience in data analysis or business analytics beneficial but not essential.
  • Real Estate experience beneficial but not essential.
