The Junior Commercial Administrator role offers a unique entry point for legally trained or contract-law-oriented professionals to transition into the dynamic field of commercial contract management in a real estate services environment. This position supports the implementation of JLL's commercial governance framework, ensuring robust contract controls, compliance, and administration processes, while developing skills in cost analysis, commercial assurance, and benchmarking.
This role will provide accurate, compliant, and structured commercial administration support for multiple service-type contracts across various regions, ensuring legal rigour in contract interpretation, adherence to governance standards, and effective stakeholder collaboration. This role is designed as a developmental pathway towards senior cost and commercial analysis, equipping you with exposure to commercial best practice, data-based decision making, and value engineering opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Commercial Contract Administrator reporting to the Cost and Commercial Lead.
- Support the management of contract delivery and change control processes.
- Support the delivery of services commercial compliance.
- Administer and maintain contract documentation, including variations, correspondence, and audit-ready filing systems.
- Support contract managers with interpretation and application of legal provisions in service agreements.
- Maintain organised digital and physical communication channels for contract-related queries, ensuring timely responses.
- Ensure compliance with contractual governance, spend authorisations, and audit requirements.
