The Contract Delivery Manager is a key role providing strategic and tactical operational leadership and direction on our retail contract in Reading. The role will also support strategic initiatives to deliver continuous improvement and innovation within the contract and our supply chain. You will be client‐focused, ensuring commitments are delivered with the right quality and timeliness.
Responsibilities
Appropriate contract‐level oversight of business or technical support activities.
Work with delivery teams and engineering resources to resolve operational issues quickly, ensuring client SLA/KPI\’s are achieved.
Demonstrate client obsession and earn and keep client trust.
Understand Contract SLA and KPI and deliver them while ensuring best practice.
Set contract‐level priorities for delivery teams, coordinate work activities with others.
Build partnerships with clients and colleagues through open, transparent, timely communication.
Operate as a customer care professional, building exemplar client relationships and centering decisions on client needs.
Maintain a professional image of Integral to clients and visitors, promoting excellence in customer service.
Manage financial metrics/targets including invoicing, WIP and debt management.
Identify areas to improve financial and operational performance, leading change initiatives.
Manage supply‐chain partners, ensuring delivery levels and improvement initiatives are implemented.
Apply innovative management to respond to changing business or operational circumstances.
Implement action plans for improvement initiatives.
Maintain high standards, drive teams to deliver, and fix issues at source.
Make decisions guided by policies, procedures and the business plan.
Understand Integral processes and business model.
Use judgment to resolve day‐to‐day technical and operational problems.
Assist others in solving professional or technical problems.
Skills & Experience
Industry‐relevant qualifications (Mechanical/Electrical/Building Fabric).
Prior experience of retail‐sector contract delivery preferable.
Experience developing operational plans for commercial contracts.
High level of administrative and organisational skills.
Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook, Concept/Vixen.
Build positive relationships with clients to resolve day‐to‐day operational problems and identify profitable opportunities.
Communicate using appropriate styles, methods and timings.
Role model enthusiasm and energy about work, encouraging others.
Demonstrate resourcefulness when acquiring additional professional expertise.
