Role Overview We are seeking an Associate to join our Healthcare Value & Risk Advisory team, specialising in Senior Living based in Bristol or London. This role involves leading valuation assignments, managing client relationships, and providing strategic advisory services to investors, lenders, developers and operators.
Responsibilities Valuation & Advisory Leadership: Lead preparation and delivery of complex valuation reports for large-scale Senior Living portfolios; Manage multiple valuation assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision; Manage junior team members\\\' work and provide guidance.
Client Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients; Lead client meetings, presentations, and property inspections; Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client satisfaction; Act as primary point of contact.
Market Expertise & Thought Leadership: Provide expert commentary on the Senior Living market; Lead market research initiatives and contribute to JLL\\\'s thought leadership publications; Mentor junior team members on market knowledge and technical skills; Represent JLL at industry events and client forums.
Business Development: Support pitch preparations and new business initiatives; Identify cross-selling opportunities across JLL\\\'s service platform; Contribute to fee proposals and client retention strategies.
