The Role
We’re looking for caring, reliable people to join our team supporting adults to live independently in their own homes. You’ll help with day-to-day living, offer companionship, and support individuals to achieve their personal goals. Typical duties include:
- Supporting people with daily routines (shopping, cooking, activities, personal care)
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Supporting emotional well-being and social interaction
- Accurately recording notes and updates
- Working closely with colleagues and professionals
Shifts Available
We offer flexible shift options to suit a range of lifestyles:
- Early: 07:30 - 15:00
- Late: 15:00 - 21:30
Includes weekday and weekend shifts.
