Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Kidderminster at JLKare and Support Limited

At JLKare and Support Limited, we're a close-knit family dedicated to making a real difference in people's lives. We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker in Redditch, and if you're passionate about making positive changes and impacting lives, we want you to join us.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with daily activities
  • Providing personal care prompts.
  • Monitoring medication and finances.
  • Offering emotional support, companionship, and encouragement.
  • Promoting independence.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in the client's condition.
  • Collaborating with other professionals involved in the client's care.

Working Hours:

  • Early Shift: 07:30 – 14:45
  • Late Shift: 14:45 – 21:30
  • Day Shifts: 09:00 – 15:0010:00 – 15:0015:00 – 20:00

Weekday and weekend shifts are available.
