The Role You'll play a key part in coordinating installation teams, ensuring jobs run efficiently and all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities include: ?
Booking installation jobs in and out ?
Scheduling engineers and installers ?
Liaising with customers, installers and internal teams ?
Managing installation paperwork ?
Ensuring compliance documentation is completed correctly ?
General office administration ?
Supporting projects from booking through to completion ?
Keeping internal systems and records up to date What We're Looking For ?
Previous experience as an Install Coordinator, Project Administrator or Scheduler ?
Construction industry experience is essential ?
