Job Description: Location: North East Wales, Wirral & Cheshire Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per year DOE Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Benefits: Company Van + Fuel Card The Role My client is looking for an experienced Solar Electrician to join their growing installation team, carrying out high-quality domestic Solar PV and battery storage installations across North East Wales, Wirral and Cheshire. We are looking for someone who is fully qualified in Solar PV , has strong electrical knowledge and takes genuine pride in delivering safe, compliant and high-quality installations. Key Responsibilities Install and commission domestic Solar PV and battery storage systems . Complete all associated electrical installation and testing. Fault-find and resolve electrical and solar system issues. Complete certification and installation documentation. Ensure all work complies with BS 7671, MCS requirements, G98/G99 and manufacturer specifications . Provide a professional service to customers. Maintain excellent Health & Safety standards. Complete installations to a high standard and minimise remedial works. Essential Requirements Qualified electrician. Recognised Solar PV installation qualification – ESSENTIAL. Proven experience installing domestic Solar PV systems. Experience with domestic battery storage. Current 18th Edition qualification. Strong knowledge of BS 7671. Experience with inspection, testing and commissioning. Full UK Driving Licence. Professional, reliable and quality-focused approach. Desirable
