Site Manager Roofing Location: Lincoln Salary: £55,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Fuel Card Contract: Full-Time, Permanent The Role We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong roofing background to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing roofing contracts from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced roofing professional who is looking to take responsibility for the successful delivery of contracts and play a key role within a growing business. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of roofing contracts and sites. Oversee site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to specification. Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality standards are maintained. Ensure full compliance with health & safety requirements and company procedures. Carry out regular site inspections and progress meetings. Liaise with clients, contract managers, quantity surveyors and other stakeholders. Manage site documentation, RAMS, permits and relevant project records. Monitor labour, materials, plant and subcontractor requirements. Identify and resolve site issues promptly. Provide regular updates on project progress, costs and potential risks.
