Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Site Managerto oversee a range ofsocial housing retrofit and roofing projectsacross the north west area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who comes from asocial housing, refurbishment or retrofit backgroundand takes pride in delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.
The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with client expectations, while maintaining excellent relationships with residents, clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple social housing retrofit and roofing projects.
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and to programme.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders.
- Ensure all works comply with current Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
- Carry out regular site inspections, quality checks and progress reports.
- Coordinate labour, materials and plant to ensure projects run efficiently.
- Manage site documentation, RAMS and all relevant compliance paperwork.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates where required.
- Resolve any site issues quickly and professionally while maintaining excellent customer service. xgikmsk
