We're looking for a
driven, confident Solar Telesales Executive
to join our growing team in
Preston , selling domestic solar PV and battery storage installations to homeowners across the UK. This is a genuine
sales and closing role . You'll speak with customers who are interested in solar, understand their requirements, build value and take them through to a successful sale. With a
£30,000–£35,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission , there is significant earning potential for someone who knows how to close. Our current sales team is averaging around
£1,500–£1,800 per month in commission , with no ceiling on what you can earn. The Role
As a Solar Telesales Executive, you will: Speak to domestic customers who are interested in solar installations
Build rapport and establish customer needs
Explain the benefits and financial case for solar PV and battery storage
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Prepare and present suitable solar solutions
Follow up leads and enquiries
Negotiate and close sales over the phone
Maintain accurate customer records
Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is: Sales-driven and motivated by earning potential
Confident speaking to customers over the phone
Comfortable handling objections and closing deals
Target-focused and commercially minded
Competitive, resilient and self-motivated
Able to build rapport quickly
Experienced in telesales, phone-based sales, or a similar closing role
Solar industry experience is beneficial but not essential
