Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Install Coordinator to join their busy office team based in Tredegar. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong construction or renewable energy background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
The Role
You'll play a key part in coordinating installation teams, ensuring jobs run efficiently and all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include:
- Booking installation jobs in and out
- Scheduling engineers and installers
- Liaising with customers, installers and internal teams
- Managing installation paperwork
- Ensuring compliance documentation is completed correctly
- General office administration
- Supporting projects from booking through to completion
- Keeping internal systems and records up to date
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Install Coordinator, Project Administrator or Scheduler
- Construction industry experience is essential
- Renewable energy experience would be a huge advantage
- ECO4, Solar PV or wider renewable energy knowledge is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail, particularly around compliance and paperwork
Salary & Benefits
£28,000 - £32,000 per year (depending on experience). Office-based in Tredegar.
