Full Job Description Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee a range of social housing retrofit and roofing projects across South Yorkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who comes from a social housing, refurbishment or retrofit background and takes pride in delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.

The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with client expectations, while maintaining excellent relationships with residents, clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations across multiple social housing retrofit and roofing projects.

Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and to programme.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders.

Ensure all works comply with current Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.

Carry out regular site inspections, quality checks and progress reports.

Coordinate labour, materials and plant to ensure projects run efficiently.

Manage site documentation, RAMS and all relevant compliance paperwork.

Attend client meetings and provide project updates where required.

Resolve any site issues quickly and professionally while maintaining excellent customer service.

Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents.

Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager within social housing .

Strong knowledge of retrofit, refurbishment and roofing projects .

Excellent client-facing and customer service skills.

A proactive approach with strong leadership and organisational skills.

Health & Safety focused with a quality-first attitude.

Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable SMSTS.

First Aid at Work.

CSCS Card.

Experience delivering PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 retrofit projects.

Experience working on occupied social housing properties.
