Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Install Coordinator to join their busy office team based in Tredegar. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong construction or renewable energy background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
The Role
- Coordinating installation teams, ensuring jobs run efficiently and all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Booking installation jobs in and out.
- Scheduling engineers and installers.
- Liaising with customers, installers and internal teams.
- Managing installation paperwork.
- Ensuring compliance documentation is completed correctly.
- General office administration.
- Supporting projects from booking through to completion.
- Keeping internal systems and records up to date.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Install Coordinator, Project Administrator or Scheduler.
- Construction industry experience is essential.
- Renewable energy experience would be a huge advantage.
- ECO4, Solar PV or wider renewable energy knowledge is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, particularly around compliance and paperwork.
Salary & Benefits
£28,000 - £32,000 per year (depending on experience). Office-based in Tredegar.
