North East Wales, Wirral & Cheshire Salary: £35,000–£45,000 per annum DOE Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Benefits: Company Van + Fuel CardThe RoleJLE Selections are currently recruiting for an experienced General Electrician to carry out EICR testing and electrical inspection work across domestic properties throughout North East Wales, Wirral and Cheshire.
We're looking for a qualified electrician who is confident working independently, completing thorough electrical inspections and producing accurate, compliant reports.
Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out EICR testing and electrical inspections on domestic propertiesIdentify electrical defects, faults and areas of non-complianceComplete accurate EICR certificates and associated documentationCarry out remedial electrical works where requiredDiagnose and resolve electrical faultsWork safely and in line with current electrical regulationsMaintain high standards of workmanship and customer serviceEnsure all work is completed correctly and efficientlyEssential RequirementsFully qualified electrician18th EditionInspection & Testing qualificationProven experience carrying out EICR testingStrong knowledge of BS 7671Able to diagnose electrical faults and identify defectsGood understanding of domestic electrical installationsFull UK driving licenceProfessional approach to customers and quality of workStrong commitment to health and safetyDesirableExperience working within social housing or housing association environmentsExperience carrying out remedial electrical worksExperience with domestic electrical installationsNVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation / AM2Experience working to client compliance and quality standardsWhat's on Offer£35,000–£45,000 per annum DOECompany vanFuel cardFull-time permanent employmentConsistent work across North East Wales, Wirral & CheshireLong-term career opportunitiesIf you're an experienced electrician with strong EICR and inspection & testing experience, we want to hear from you.
