We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to manage and lead electrical teams on social housing projects across South Wales, with occasional work in West Wales. You will oversee both on-site and back-office responsibilities, ensuring smooth project delivery. A company van and fuel card will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical teams and subcontractors on social housing projects.
- Ensure health & safety adherence and compliance on site.
- Coordinate materials to ensure they are on site or ready for pick-up.
- Estimate material costs for upcoming jobs.
- Maintain strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- QS/estimation of new project - NECEIC qualified.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified electrician (18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, AM2, Testing & Inspection).
- Experience supervising electrical teams (social housing background ideal).
- Solar experience preferred but not essential.
- NECEIC QS qualified or meet the criteria to be put through qualification.
