We are a growing specialist drainage and environmental services company seeking an experienced Class 2 HGV Jet Vac Driver. In this role, you will operate combination jetting and vacuum tankers to conduct drainage maintenance, blockage clearance, and emergency works nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate combination jetting and vacuum tankers for drainage maintenance.
- Perform tasks including gully cleansing, sewer jetting, and culvert cleaning.
- Conduct High Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ) and vacuum excavation.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain equipment.
- Accurately record job details and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Occasionally stay away overnight and participate in emergency response.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Category C (Class 2) HGV Licence.
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Minimum 2 years HGV driving experience.
- Experience in drainage, utilities, or environmental sectors.
- Strong understanding of safe working practices.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year.
- Overtime: Time and a half for hours over 45/week. Double time for bank holidays, Sundays, and night shifts. Realistically, you could nearly double your earnings.
