Full-Time | Permanent Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Install Coordinator to join their busy office team based in Tredegar . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong construction or renewable energy background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. The Role You'll play a key part in coordinating installation teams, ensuring jobs run efficiently and all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include: ? Booking installation jobs in and out ? Scheduling engineers and installers ? Liaising with customers, installers and internal teams ? Managing installation paperwork ? Ensuring compliance documentation is completed correctly ? General office administration ? Supporting projects from booking through to completion ? Keeping internal systems and records up to date What We're Looking For ? Previous experience as an Install Coordinator, Project Administrator or Scheduler ? Construction industry experience is essential ? Renewable energy experience would be a huge advantage ? ECO4, Solar PV or wider renewable energy knowledge is highly desirable ? Strong organisational and communication skills ? Confident using Microsoft Office and internal CRM systems ? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ? High attention to detail, particularly around compliance and paperwork Salary
