Location: South Wales (with occasional West Wales work)Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year (DOE)Job
Description: We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to manage and lead electrical teams on social housing projects across South Wales, with occasional work in West Wales.
You will oversee both on-site and back-office responsibilities, ensuring smooth project delivery.
A company van and fuel card will be provided.
Key
Responsibilities: Supervise electrical teams and subcontractors on social housing projects.
Ensure health & safety adherence and compliance on site.
Coordinate materialsensure they are on site or ready for pick-up.
Estimate material costs for upcoming jobs.
Maintain strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
QS/estimation of new project - NECEIC qualified
Requirements: Fully qualified electrician (18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, AM2, Testing & Inspection).
Experience supervising electrical teams (social housing background ideal).
Solar experience preferred but not essential.
NECEIC QS qualified or meet the criteria to be put through qualification.
