The Role
As a Solar Telesales Executive, you will: Speak to domestic customers who are interested in solar installations Build rapport and establish customer needs Explain the benefits and financial case for solar PV and battery storage Handle objections confidently and professionally Prepare and present suitable solar solutions Follow up leads and enquiries Negotiate and close sales over the phone Maintain accurate customer records Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets What We're Looking For Were looking for someone who is: Sales-driven and motivated by earning potential Confident speaking to customers over the phone Comfortable handling objections and closing deals Target-focused and commercially minded Competitive, resilient and self-motivated Able to build rapport quickly Experienced in telesales, phone-based sales, or a similar closing role Solar industry experience is beneficial but not essential if you have a proven track record in telesales and know how to close, we want to hear from you.
