Claims Executive
Manchester | Hybrid considered | £30,000£35,000 | Permanent
Established organisation seeking an experienced Claims Executive to manage claims from initial notification through to resolution, while delivering a high standard of customer service.
The role involves assessing and progressing claims, liaising with clients, insurers and external specialists, maintaining accurate records and ensuring claims are handled efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements .
Key requirements:
- Previous experience in a claims or insurance environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of FCA requirements and compliance
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Proactive, resilient and target-focused approach
Experience with Acturis and/or progress towards CII qualifications would be advantageous.
