Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Benefits: As a Marketing Assistant, you will learn new skills from an experienced Marketing Team to support and execute the company’s marketing strategy. Your role will provide you with valuable exposure to a wide range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Contributing towards the overall creative process, from brief to delivery
- Spearheading our events calendar confidently, taking the lead on the preparation and execution of the set up and marketing materials for each event we host/attend
- Assisting with the company’s internal and external documentation rebrand
- Assisting with the preparation of the company’s monthly newsletter to 27,000+ subscribers, developing interesting article ideas and supplying copy
- Creating content for, as well as managing and monitoring the company’s social media accounts
- Video editing informative company videos for internal and external purposes
- Continual quality control of the company’s websites
- Preparing and organising weekly marketing mailers
- Developing fresh ideas for the company’s marketing strategy
- Supporting other departments with their marketing enquiries
- Adhering to the company’s brand guidelines
- Weekly reporting on the company’s current marketing campaigns
- Travel to other offices (infrequent, but necessary as required)
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties, as required
