Qualified Solicitor (England Wales) or Licensed Conveyancer. Ideally 5+ years' post-qualification experience (or equivalent experience for Licensed Conveyancers), although applications from candidates with relevant expertise will be considered.
The successful candidate will join the in-house legal team of a national property group. The company is a large freeholder and residential landlord with an established portfolio across England and Wales. This role focuses on managing a varied caseload of transactional leasehold matters, supporting the wider legal team and providing commercially focused legal advice to the business.
