Overview: We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Payroll Clerk to manage payroll operations. This is a sole role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly and monthly payroll
- Handle commissions, expenses, bonuses, RTI submissions, and HMRC reporting
- Manage pensions, auto-enrolment, and AOE
- Maintain employee records, right-to-work documentation, and statutory leave (maternity/paternity)
- Complete year-end processes including P11Ds
- Support ad hoc accounts admin tasks
Requirements:
- Previous payroll experience essential
- Strong organisational skills and accuracy
- Confident working independently in a sole payroll position
- Immediate availability preferred
