Location: Central Southend-on-Sea, Essex

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a reliable and organised Customer Service Agent to join their team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact, liaising with various third parties such as service providers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient handling of client needs.

You will deliver excellent customer support, manage administrative processes, and help maintain accurate records, all while ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with third parties including insurers, suppliers, and service providers to coordinate necessary services
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications professionally and promptly
  • Provide high-quality customer support, responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Manage administrative tasks including maintaining accurate records, documentation, and authorisations
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely updates and smooth workflow

  • Confident using IT systems and managing multiple tasks within deadlines
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or coordination roles preferred but not essential
