We are actively recruiting for a full-time Sales Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative company as a Sales Administrator, working in an office environment with a friendly team and great team spirit.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing invoices
- Bringing vehicles into stock
- Scanning documents
- Preparing customer files
- Liaising with Sales Consultants
- Using a range of Microsoft Office software, including email and spreadsheets
- Data processing
- Receiving and dealing with internal and external calls and enquiries
- Carrying out other ad-hoc administrative duties as required by your line manager
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong time management and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Polite and friendly manner
- Positive, flexible and proactive “can-do” attitude
- Previous administration experience is essential; sales administration experience is preferred
- Computer literate, with experience of producing work to a high standard of accuracy
Essential Experience:
- At least 1 year’s experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator
- Experience with Kerridge or an alternative vehicle dealer management system is essential
- Experience with Idealfile or an alternative electronic filing/document management system is essential
