About the Role:
We’re seeking a qualified Solicitor (0-4 years PQE) to join our growing legal department. Working alongside experienced legal professionals, you’ll handle a broad range of property-related matters and play a key role in supporting the business’s litigation and conveyancing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support litigation matters including County Court and First Tier Tribunal applications
- Assist with lease extensions, enfranchisement, and RTM processes
- Handle complex leasehold enquiries and legal documentation
- Draft and negotiate residential conveyancing documents
- Provide legal support and guidance to property managers
- Work directly with the Group Solicitor on legal matters across the organisation
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (0-4 years PQE)
- Experience in residential conveyancing and landlord/tenant law
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
