Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (Office-based only)

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 + bonus (DOE)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a qualified Solicitor (0-4 years PQE) to join our growing legal department. Working alongside experienced legal professionals, you’ll handle a broad range of property-related matters and play a key role in supporting the business’s litigation and conveyancing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support litigation matters including County Court and First Tier Tribunal applications
  • Assist with lease extensions, enfranchisement, and RTM processes
  • Handle complex leasehold enquiries and legal documentation
  • Draft and negotiate residential conveyancing documents
  • Provide legal support and guidance to property managers
  • Work directly with the Group Solicitor on legal matters across the organisation

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor (0-4 years PQE)
  • Experience in residential conveyancing and landlord/tenant law
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
