About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a busy, well-established legal practice in Southend. Reporting directly to the Senior Partner, you will play a key role in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department, managing a varied caseload and offering strategic advice to clients across multiple areas of civil litigation. This is an ideal role for a solicitor seeking both challenge and autonomy in a supportive team environment.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (ideally 5+ years PQE)
- Proven experience managing a busy caseload independently
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Discreet and professional when dealing with sensitive matters
Essential Experience:
- Residential Possession Proceedings
- Residential Landlord and Tenant Disputes
Desirable Experience:
- Contract Disputes
- Debt Recovery
