Salary: Negotiable (dependent on experience)

Holidays: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + extra days at Christmas (dependent on calendar)

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a busy, well-established legal practice in Southend. Reporting directly to the Senior Partner, you will play a key role in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department, managing a varied caseload and offering strategic advice to clients across multiple areas of civil litigation. This is an ideal role for a solicitor seeking both challenge and autonomy in a supportive team environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor (ideally 5+ years PQE)
  • Proven experience managing a busy caseload independently
  • Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Discreet and professional when dealing with sensitive matters

  • Residential Possession Proceedings
  • Residential Landlord and Tenant Disputes
