We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a team in Leigh-on-Sea. You’ll manage a varied portfolio, overseeing rent collection, service charges, lease events, lettings, and compliance. You'll also lead a team and play a key role in strategic planning and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage rent, service charges, lettings, and lease events
- Oversee building works, tenant fit-outs, and voids
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Support budget planning and performance reporting
- Lead and support a team to deliver operational excellence
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of leases, compliance, and property legislation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- MRICS or working towards (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence (for site visits - mileage reimbursed)
