Location: Leigh-on-Sea, Essex

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (occasional Saturdays)

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a team in Leigh-on-Sea. You’ll manage a varied portfolio, overseeing rent collection, service charges, lease events, lettings, and compliance. You'll also lead a team and play a key role in strategic planning and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage rent, service charges, lettings, and lease events
  • Oversee building works, tenant fit-outs, and voids
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
  • Support budget planning and performance reporting
  • Lead and support a team to deliver operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in commercial property management
  • Strong knowledge of leases, compliance, and property legislation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • MRICS or working towards (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence (for site visits - mileage reimbursed)
